What we are
Most firms buying AI are being sold it in pieces, by vendors with one thing to sell. We are not one of those vendors. We work out what is worth building, build it, and stay to run it. The same people write the recommendation and deliver against it, which is what keeps the recommendation honest.
Who we work with
Australian service businesses where the job is billed against time and materials: architecture, engineering and construction practices, builders and trades, recruiters, and firms running on WorkflowMax. The common pattern is a business where the technical work is fine and the administration wrapped around it is the constraint.
How we work
- If it doesn't fit and pay, we tell you not to build it
- Every build has to pass two tests: it fits how you already work, so it sticks, and it earns back more than it costs. If a project fails either test, you hear that before you spend, not after.
- We recommend nothing we cannot build
- Our strategy work is written by the people who deliver it. That keeps every recommendation honest, because we will be the ones on the hook for making it real.
- A person stays accountable for the decisions that matter
- We build human-in-the-loop by default. Agents do the work; a named person approves anything that commits money, goes to a client, or cannot be undone.
