- What does it cost?
- Embedded AI Leadership is from $2,000 a month, with a fixed monthly shape: a scorecard, a standing review and one increment. AI Consultant as a Service and Managed AI Services are priced on the call until their pricing is published here. Builds are quoted after the discovery call, against the time they would free, and we will say if the numbers do not justify one.
- What happens on the discovery call?
- An hour on how your business runs, where the time goes, and whether AI is worth spending money on yet. You leave with our written read, whether or not we build anything. If the honest answer is not yet, that is what the read says.
- Do we need to be using AI already?
- No. Most of what we do starts with the job, time and accounting data you already have and the admin wrapped around it. The one exception is Managed AI Services, which watches AI systems you already run; if you have none, there is nothing to watch yet.
- What if the answer is not yet?
- Then we say so, before you spend. It is the first of our three principles: if it does not fit and pay, we tell you not to build it. The payback calculator on this site is built to return that answer, and the first fortnight of the retainer includes a written recommendation that can say the same.
- How fast does it start?
- On the retainer, within two weeks of getting access to your job system you have the first scorecard and a written recommendation. If you do not have both by then, you do not pay for the first month. The clock starts at data access, so a slow handover on your side cannot trip a promise made in good faith.
- We have our own developers or IT. Can you work with them?
- Yes. The middle of what we do is build, or help build. Some firms want it done; some want their own people alongside us and more capable afterwards. Both are normal, and the second is often the better outcome.
- Do you only work with firms on WorkflowMax?
- No. WorkflowMax is a system specialism because so many of our clients run on it, and it cuts across industries. The industry specialisms are architecture, engineering and construction practices, building and construction, and recruitment. If you bill time against jobs, the shape of the work is the same.
- Who stays accountable for what the AI does?
- A person, always. We build human-in-the-loop by default: agents do the work, and a named person approves anything that commits money, goes to a client, or cannot be undone. Nothing you type into the calculator on this site leaves your browser.
- Can we stop?
- The retainer has a three-month minimum, because less than that is not leadership, it is advice. AI Consultant as a Service has no minimum term. Managed AI Services is not a lock-in: if you want to run things yourself, we hand over properly and stay available ad hoc.
- Are the partner logos real partnerships?
- Each partner listed holds a signed partner agreement with Indexus. We do not claim certification beyond that, we do not reproduce vendor marketing, and we do not use a vendor's mark without their file and their permission, which is why some are still set in type.
